About
Fernanda graduated with a degree in Communications in 2001 in Brazil and built a career spanning more than 15 years in the field. Her professional path led her through many different areas—working in entertainment as a press officer and concert producer, then in television as a TV show coordinator and later as a director. In 2013, she completed her postgraduate studies in Organizational Communication and eventually expanded into politics and became the Communications and Sustainability Coordinator at a medical cooperative in Brazil.

Throughout all these roles, one element remained constant: her deep interest in people. Fernanda was always interviewing, listening, and learning about others—their stories, emotions, motivations, and personal journeys. This constant dialogue with people taught her how to connect with individuals on a deeper level and gave her insight into the human experience, which would later become the foundation of Fernanda’s healing work.
In 2016, she moved to the United States and began a new chapter in her life. While in Hawaii, she was introduced to books on Family Constellations. A year later, in 2017, she met a Brazilian facilitator who told her that she had “a healer’s soul” and encouraged Fernanda to pursue formal training. Inspired by her words, Fernanda followed that path and, in 2020, completed her Foundation Training with Susan Ulfelder at The Hellinger Institute of DC.
Since then, Fernanda has continued deepening her practice, attending Susan Ulfelder’s trainings as well as numerous webinars, master classes, workshops, and online programs in Brazil and abroad with different facilitators. Fernanda also participated in the International Training, where she had the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced Family Constellations facilitators from around the world. She has been working as a facilitator since 2020, always honoring the guidance and supervision of Susan Ulfelder when needed.
Fernanda lives in Northern Virginia, in the Washington, DC, area, and works as a Family Constellations facilitator, offering individual online sessions and workshops, as well as hybrid workshops in the DC area.
Individual Family Constellation Sessions
In a private session, Fernanda warmly welcomes the client and their family system into a space of care, respect, and exploration, where what needs to be seen and acknowledged can gently emerge.
The client is supported in bringing forward any questions, challenges, or concerns they wish to explore. Through the Family Constellation process, they are invited to observe their experiences from a different perspective, expanding their awareness and opening space for new insights, understanding, and healing at their own pace.
Each session lasts approximately two hours, allowing the client time to actively participate in the process as the constellation unfolds naturally.
Individual sessions are guided by the client’s unique needs and what emerges during the work. Playmobil figures, crystals, and other objects may be used to represent members of the family system, relationships, and dynamics, helping to make visible what may have previously remained unseen.
Throughout the session, Fernanda remains attentive not only to what is unfolding in the present moment but also to what may support the client’s next steps. She often introduces gentle systemic movements and exercises to help integrate the insights gained, honor what has been revealed, and create space for new possibilities.

Each constellation is a unique journey of discovery, guided by what the client brings, what the family system reveals, and the client’s own rhythm of awareness and integration.
